CurrentCROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAM LEADERSHIP | STRATEGIC PLANNING & ANALYSIS | PARTNERSHIPS WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT | PROGRAM & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT | CHANGE AGENT• Cultivate & implement workforce development collaborations, support the Medicaid & Enterprise SDOH teams and operate as the team’s subject matter expert for workforce development • Blend business needs with workforce opportunities, leading several strategy meetings and facilitate sustainable recommendations to achieve short & long-term program objectives• Merge diverse subject matter experts and multiple partners to remove barriers, generate synergy and allocate responsibilities via cross-disciplinary approach to program development• Collaborate with the business development team & HR business partner to plan Medicaid bids and transform employee & organizational performance; maintain full budget oversight for bids & projects• Use multi-state knowledge of Employment and Community Engagement needs and develop strategic SDOH initiatives in each Medicaid market• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure best-in-class employment for personnel, execute innovative programs from inception, and partner with federal, state & local leaders to create strategies across the US• Identify public-private enterprise opportunities, integrating Commercial & Medicaid business via employment initiatives while building relations with regional & statewide workforce development boards and higher education leadership • Craft strategy, build partnerships and generate benefits to ensure provisional member support
