Currently based in HSC Leadership Centre as an Organisation Design Advisor, specialising in Organisational Development and Learning and Development (L&D). As an Organisation Development Advisor, I specialise in driving transformative change through consultancy, learning and development (L&D), and management training. With a strategic focus, I partner with health Trusts to enhance their overall performance, foster leadership, and cultivate a culture of continuous growth. Provided are tailored solutions, including workforce capability assessments, change management strategies, and leadership development programs, to empower teams and improve operational efficiency.My expertise lies in identifying organisational challenges, designing impactful learning interventions, and facilitating workshops that drive talent development and leadership excellence.
