Serve as a positive, outgoing role model for first year and transfer students throughout Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration (SOAR) day. Facilitate small group discussion and activities preparing prospective students for college transition in the fall.

• Completed myriad of general office tasks some including organizing confidential applicant materials, updating student inquiry forms and communications, and prepping medical school prospects and interviewee packets
• Utilized Salesforce, Microsoft Office software, and Right On Interactive database to retrieve track and filter confidential candidate data
• Generated and executed e-mail campaigns for promotional purposes

Member of the Housing and Residence Life staff who assists in the management of camps and conferences that visit campus. A resource person and customer service provider for all guests; responsible for carrying out various administrative tasks.

Aided in the development of a driver training video which will be used to train and educate new drivers about Shelby Materials. Also assisted with other various in-house projects.

Serve as a university representative offering outreach to prospective students and families.
