As a technical project manager at Bridge Partners, I work with clients across various industries to deliver innovative and customized solutions that address their business challenges and opportunities. I leverage my dual BBA in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of Montana, to combine my passion for technology and finance and apply it to real-world scenarios.At Bridge Partners, I apply my problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to support various projects and initiatives. I collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, conduct research and analysis, and deliver presentations and reports. I also leverage my knowledge and interest in MIS and finance to provide insights and recommendations that align with the client's goals and needs. In my previous role as a manager at Maurices, I developed and demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as I was responsible for training, coaching, and providing feedback to employees. I also ensured quality service to customers in a high-paced environment, where I learned how to adapt and problem-solve quickly and effectively. Additionally, I worked as a finance tutor at the University of Montana for four months, where I helped students understand and master finance concepts and skills. Through these experiences, I have gained valuable insights into different aspects of business and customer relations. I am eager to learn new things and take on new opportunities that will help me grow as a consultant and a future business leader.
