• Responsible for the design and facilitation of a therapeutic activity program for up to 50 inpatients suffering from mild to advanced dementia, mental illness and various debilitating physical conditions • Provided therapeutically stimulating physical, sensory, cognitive, emotional and social activities in 1:1 and group settings • Tailored individually specific care plans to improve each patient’s quality of life and wellbeing • Ran weekly cognitive stimulation therapy, art therapy and ‘Dance for Dementia’ groups • Developed and implemented a Namaste care healing program aimed at honoring the ‘spirit within’ for individuals living with advanced dementia - including the design and set up of a relaxation and sensory room • Supervised a group of Namaste care volunteers and ran monthly staff trainings on the Digital Reminiscence Therapy System and the healing therapies available

• Responsible for coordinating the studio's ever-evolving, busy diary schedule • Dealt with the high level of confidentiality associated with Venture’s clientele, such as celebrities and international royalty, and developed a strong understanding of each client’s family values and needs • Scheduled photo shoots and managed the majority of incoming and outgoing calls • Supported the studio with all administrative duties and tasks • Completed the Harrods in-house training program required to work within their strict sales environment due to the studio’s exclusive partnership
