I specialise in corporate commercial work for a wide range of different businesses assisting with day to day matters, such as commercial agreements, shareholder agreements and terms of business; to more complex transactional work such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, investment agreements and restructuring advice. My experience includes acquisitions and disposals of hotels, public houses, manufacturing and entrepreneurial businesses. In addition I carry out secured lending work for both borrowers and lenders. I pride myself on asking the necessary questions to better understand a client’s business, being approachable and accessible to clients and in providing not just legal but practical commercial advice.When not at my desk, I enjoy getting out on long walks and have been fortunate enough to climb Kilimanjaro and trek to Everest Base Camp. I also enjoy skiing, eating out and music.
