For as long as I can remember I've had animals in my life and a strong desire to learn more how to interpret animals and understand their needs. I started working as soon as I could and gained a variety of work experience within retail and fast-food customer service, volunteer work for a local non-profit organization, a local cat shelter, store manager of a pet retail store, and presently as a client care representative for animal hospitals.I've always strived to make as much of an impact and difference in people's and pets' lives and treat them how I would want to be treated with care, patience, and empathy. There's never a dull moment in Vet Med and it certainly challenges me every day, but it is by far the most rewarding job I can imagine. I'm very excited to expand my knowledge and skills in handling, physiology, behavior, and diagnostics and become a better support for the remarkable veterinary professionals in the industry.
