Created and presented coaching opportunities and corrective actions when appropriate for staff members failing to complete job duties.Supervised 30-50 Case Investigators completing Covid-19 case interviews and follow ups. Assigned case interview and follow up records out in bulk every morning and regularly checked for new entries to assign out throughout each shift. Designed and implemented improved scheduling spreadsheet for all staff members. Wrote and troubleshooted macros to sort, filter, and copy data between tabs based on multiple factors. Updated spreadsheet weekly with new schedule by importing staffing data.

Originated Outreach Coordinator position in two discreet Contact Tracing regions across 20 counties. Worked with community agencies and government partners to disseminate educational materials and Personal Protective Equipment to individuals and families affected by Covid-19. Improved Community Support Specialist team organization by creating resource database in Google Maps. Allowed team to locate resources based on address and distance to client while concurrently making use of Google listing for contact information and hours of operation. Partnered with team members to create training guide for new CSS.Worked closely with Community Support Specialist Lead to assist with operations- tasked with maintaining updated resources, creating spreadsheets for data collections, and overseeing staff when Lead was not available.
