I used to be a primary school teacher. I loved organising ways to impassion kids but the pay made experiencing life cost prohibitive. Since then, I have bundled my love for organisation, children, and education into a love of project leadership. Hence Active Hands Events was born.Through Active Hands, I collaborate with educational organisations and creative individuals to bring events, clubs and workshops to life. What begins as an epic idea becomes a series of lean, flexible sprints leading to a polished product.I share my creative outlook, attention to possible obstacles, timeline and budgetary constraints, quick problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with a range of people to make each project an exciting and fulfilling endeavour for myself and my partners.I employ my experience in flexible teaching, project design, ongoing assessment, team partnerships, and arty interests to drive the team forward in a fun-filled, exuberant process.
