• Provide institutional and intermediary sales support through territory management, meeting coordination, presentation development, CRM support and email campaigns• Responsible for the completion of all institutional/intermediary RFI mandates and advisory relationship 15(c) questionnaires • Execute all monthly mutual fund peer analysis deliverables and ad-hoc reporting• Responsible for maintaining consultant databases including but not limited to Mercer, Morningstar and eVestment• Support the development of new marketing materials for existing and new products • Successfully managed the onboarding process of shared RFP database (Qvidian) including on- going quality review of all content ensuring accurate and timely responses• Managed complete reconfiguration of CRM system (Salesforce) including the development of a prospect/client opportunity workflow and reoccurring training for all sales professionals

• Responsible for developing efficient and seamless systems to enhance internal support for the RIA channel including relationship management for each RIA team member • Facilitate meetings for existing and prospective RIA clients • Responsible for executing RFP’s for the RIA channel, Key Accounts and Retail team• Event planning for RS sponsored events in conjunction with conferences and thought leadership events including, but not limited to Schwab IMPACT, Morningstar and TD Ameritrade
