Conduct nutrition assessments to all patients receiving dialysis, provided patient education to new and all existing patients on the renal diet, participate in the multidisciplinary team and interact with team members to provide optimal nutrition related care to patients, document care provided in the patient's medical record, conduct bone management protocols, implement dose changes and lab draws with RN, participate in monthly continuous quality improvement meetings and audits, monitor all nutrition related lab values and implement interventions as needed.
