During my time overseas, I worked aboard various super-yachts as a stewardess, living and working within crews of up to 25 people. This involved taking care of our guests every need to a seven-star standard. I was able to develop my team management skills after taking on the role of second stewardess, which meant that I was in charge of up to six other stewardesses.

I played an integral role within the banks credit management and collections team through collecting debt from high value delinquent business customers allowing the bank to continue further lending. I was involved in training new team members on the banks policies and procedures. I further improved my customer service skills with a ‘continues improvement’ mindset through regularly undertaking customer service based training courses.
