Oklahoma in Action AmeriCorps Member for Community Market of Pottawatomie County. Coordinating volunteer recruitment, training, appreciation, development and retention for our four programs.

• Assisted the Director of Student Leadership and Engagement in planning and coordinating multiple events for students on campus. Examples include: RUSH Week, Late Night Skate, Donuts with Deans, Social Club Ice Cream Social.• Developed ideas for new events, organized logistics, procured supplies, advertised, logged a budget, and set up decor for events. • Supervised events and interacted with students.

• Assist gym members with rock climbing by supervising their safety, giving them proper equipment, and giving them helpful instruction.• Coordinate meetings for the team of climbing wall attendants and provide training to new employees.• Monitor and support semi-annual maintenance program to ensure safety of facility at all times.• Organize events hosted by the climbing wall for students on campus.
