The Membership Coordinator supports the Development and Membership team by providing outstanding stewardship amongst our donor and member community. This position is the primary point of contact for our community of 10,000+ member households. The Membership Coordinator assists in creating a dynamic and engaging Member experience through communication.

• Main point of contact for all membership inquiries via phone and email and responds within 1 business day.
• Processes all memberships sold, as well as assists constituents with understanding benefits and levels that would work for them.
• Carries out weekly fulfillment of 100+ memberships, including the coordination of volunteer support.
• Manages Member data in Raiser’s Edge and TAM Office with careful data entry and coding, to ensure accurate reporting and projections.
• Performs the daily synchronization between Raiser’s Edge and TAM.
• Works with Guest Services team to provide training and feedback to Direct Service Staff with onsite membership sales.
