Served as a Staffing & Classification Advisor helping management understand the various hiring paths to find great candidates. Additionally, perform qualifications, pay, and classification advisory services.

•Serve as an HR Liaison at Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC), Division Keyport advising over 1900 customers on new tools, features, and opportunities for process improvement.•Educate managers on use of the performance management tool. Advise management on use of the tool and maintain relationships with customers while guiding them through the tool.•As an Account Manager of the Total Workforce Management System, piloted the Pre-Recruitment Management (PRM) tool. Conducted virtual training for new customers, communicated best practices with the tool, and collected customer feedback. This tool acts as a CRM for the hiring process, providing transparency, full process views, and an automated system for tracking hiring actions and audit preparedness.

•Utilized an internal CRM tool, USA Staffing to aid in the onboarding process of new employees including sending job offers. Used E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility in the United States. Conducted new employee orientation to ensure employees had proper documentation and information about benefits, command rules, etc.•Analyzed hiring and attrition spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, Access databases, and automated reporting systems for metrics.

•Problem solved financial aid issues regarding loan disbursement and worked with customers whose balance was sent to collections while ensuring all privacy laws were followed.
