I ensure the Front End team is well equipped to help our guests with any issues that may arise, and work to resolve quickly and in the best interests of both Target and the guest. I manage a team of 50-65 advocates, which includes, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and team building.

I oversee our student ministry program for 6th through 12th graders in our area. I lead our ministry vision and direction while directing our student's experience on Wednesday nights. I coordinate volunteers for our cafe experience, create and prepare the programming environment, and cultivate and perform a variety of announcements, games, and events. I am also responsible for coordinating and leading multiple annual trips and events, as well as building relationships with parents and families in our community.

I assist our Multi-Site Pastor with calendaring, correspondence, filing, and various tasks. A portion of my time is also involved in our Student Ministry, in which I coordinate volunteers for middle school and high school ministries, create and prepare the environment within the student ministries program space, and cultivate and perform a variety of announcements, games, and events.

Planning and implementing for Wednesday night programs, creating various student events, and cultivating intentional spaces for students to interact with each other as well as our ministry.
