• Working closely with the Marketing team to ensure proper execution of current and future sales• Daily interaction with Bunge Canada’s four major western canola crush plant facilities to assist in the execution of product to the buyer• Scheduling rail shipments; both intercompany and outbound orders• Coordinate export shipments via ocean vessel by ensuring all product arrives in a timely manner without incurring additional costs• Tracking inventory and maintaining supply to 12 different internal warehouses in the US• Working closely with the supply chain department to ensure proper execution of delivered product by railcar shipment• Maximizing profitability associated with tracking rail costs• Ensuring customer satisfaction and timely processing of all business requirements• Assisting with scale ticket entry and invoicing of product

• Receive scheduling and inquiries from canola meal customers and provide information regarding invoice/contract details, load order status, delivery and prices with emphasis on excellent customer service• Enter contracts and scheduling and ensuring inventory and credit issues are addressed, in a timely, accurate and efficient manner• Constantly review each customer’s contract position and proactively advise customers of their impending requirements• Generate invoices, and prepare and print various sales reports• Provide prompt and continuous follow-up to ensure customer commitments are met• Maintain close and successful working relationships with Trading, Production, Logistics and other internal departments
