I am responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our clinic's services. I collaborate with clinicians to create compelling content, manage social media, and organise events to reach potential clients. Additionally, I enhance client experiences by facilitating appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction. My role is pivotal in expanding the clinic's reach and supporting individuals in need of speech pathology and allied health services.

Deakin Business Consulting Clinic is a hands-on small business consulting, work-integrated learning program that gives leading students real-world consulting experience, and provides small businesses with professional advisory services. Using a model known as the 7 Levers of Business Framework, student consultants assist their clients with a full 'health check' across the seven key profit drivers in their business. The consultants then work on the SME’s business and provide their client with a detailed strategic project brief, including a well-researched and planned project that they can implement to gain an immediate benefit for their business.

Optimised and assisted in ongoing support for store operations, enhancing tenant relationships and engagement, and driving exceptional customer experiences. With particular management on the Offsite Storage portfolio, therefore assisting in retailers inventory management needs.

Fixed Term Contract role with The Glen Centre Management Team addressing and resolving account queries, whilst providing a personable delivery in tenant relationship management.

Working alongside Centre Management team at The Glen to deliver experiences people rave about. Upholding positive customer engagement, attending enquiries over the phone and email, registration and addressing of customer and retailer compliments & complaints, assist in car-parking enquires and accessibility equipment hire.

The Practical Placement Programme at William angliss institute provided me with the opportunity in further developing my understanding of events, at Caravan Industry Association Victoria. Throughout this opportunity, I assisted with the process of event admin, operations for the event planning, event delivery and post-event for their Melbourne Leisurefest Caravan Industry show of 2019.
