Sanctuary Bathrooms was established in 2005 by Emily and Daniel in Shepperton, Middlesex, UK.Out of a disused toy shop they built a showroom designed to let customers browse a wide selection of products at their leisure while always having access to advice from our showroom team.Emily brings to the business a background and qualifications in marketing, and has built wide-ranging expertise in helping customers with inspiration and practical information in creating their ideal bathrooms.As the business has grown, Daniel and Emily have brought on board a team of skilled installation experts, and continued to invest in aspects of the business such as their sophisticated computer-aided planning software.In 2010 the firm acquired the adjacent tile business, rebranding it as Sanctuary Tiles. The two businesses work side-by-side, and customers can stroll directly from one showroom to the other. It’s an opportunity for customers to choose tiles at the same time as their bathroom fittings, safe in the knowledge that installation will be managed by just one company.Our aim is to please our customers beyond their expectations and provide our installers a lifetime of work they can be proud of.

• Supporting the Business Development Manager to maintain relationships with Sainsbury’s Bank.• Co-ordinating all SBCI (Sainsbury’s Bank car insurance) marketing material • Communicating effective marketing strategies adopted by esure to Sainsbury’s Bank. Research marketing opportunities for Sainsbury’s Bank to increase awareness of SBCI.• Planning the promotional activities across Sainsbury’s Supermarket stores. Developing POS material for instore promotions. • Ensuring SBCI direct mail forecasts and response rates are in line with esure’s. Liasing with direct mail and fulfillment agencies.• Briefing esure’s Operations function on any SBCI forthcoming activities or changes to plans and products. Collate and provide management information on daily, monthly and weekly basis.• Providing monthly reports on product performance and forthcoming marketing activities for the Executive, Marketing Planning and Operations departments.

• Supporting the Marketing Manager with the design and content of bi-monthly newsletter ‘In Focus’. Responsible for distribution to clients and trade press • Co-ordinating and implementing all client seminars, events and exhibitions. Communicating with venues and internal staff, producing all promotional material and presentations.• Responsible for the day to day management of the company’s client database, co-ordinating all updates and supporting the Marketing Manager with the design, development and training. Ensuring that all Data Protection rules are adhered to.• Maintaining the company’s website. Liasing with Head office to develop and improve the site’s design and functionality. Designing, publishing and developing the company’s Intranet site.• Responsible for sourcing and distributing client and promotional gifts. Monitoring this in line with the CRM programme and review of key client contacts.• Researching market intelligence through the trade press, client product literature and research companies to learn about industry developments, monitoring changes in the marketplace.
