My role within uniform stores involves using analytical skills by collecting and interpreting data to detect patterns, problem solve and make systematic decisions to meet Kent Police core objectives. I collate data from multiple sources, including suppliers, finance, and Kent Police officers to monitor order status for which tracking is the utmost importance. I create ADHOC analysis to indicate risk of officer complaints if they do not receive their package, or if demand for stock will exceed supply. Order status is one of the most vital metrics for ensuring officers are satisfied with our service whilst maintaining a streamlined budget.At my current position, I prepare the monthly analytics report around sales. The data from these reports help drive and determine how my department charts its next steps and makes sales goals for the following months.My strongest asset is my work ethic and my willingness to step in when needed. I’m not afraid to take on a difficult client or do a project that nobody else wants because those are the clients and projects that teach me the most. I typically love to work outside of my job description and do whatever is asked of me. I'm not above any single task, and I take great pride in my ability to step in and adapt to any situation to get the best results for the company.
