I am a third-year psychology major at Louisiana Tech University. My cumulative GPA is a 3.8 and I have been a member of the Louisiana Tech Honors Program since Fall quarter 2020. In June 2022, I started working as a research assistant in the Visual Cognitive Neuroscience Laboratory conducting an experiment on EEG brain activity and stimulus presentation in visual working memory. This research opportunity sparked my interest in Clinical Psychology and Behavioral Neuroscience. I aspire to complete my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, acquire my licensure, and conduct research on how trauma impacts the developmental psychopathology of mental disorders and abnormal behavior, as well as memory.
