Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
Current- Own all aspects of Talent Acquisition for Leadership, Maintenance, Engineering, Inventory Control, Operational Excellence, Transportation and Corporate positions in the Operations/Supply Chain space.- Provide general guidance, development, mentorship and support for 8-11 individuals. Responsible for performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assign work, meet completion dates, interpret and ensure consistent application of organizational policies.- Proactively partner with Division leaders and HR Business partners to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.- Develop innovative and creative techniques to ensure pool of qualified candidates for selection. Regulary introduce, administer and evaluate new approaches to staffing and recruitment strategies.
