Holistic branding & web designerMy daily activities include:- communicating with clients through emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings- creating authentically aligned brand stories and visual identities- designing and building websites in both Squarespace and Wordpress- creating on-brand content & graphics for marketing, including email & social media campaigns- setting up backend systems & automations for clients (CRMs [Dubsado, 17Hats], social media automations [Later, MailChimp])- keeping the business in working order (keeping on top of finances, investing in professional development, keeping up on design trends, creating intake forms and questionnaires for clients etc)

Photography allows us to tell stories, communicate messages and preserve our memories. As a lifestyle photographer I offer branding photography, family photography & wedding photography to people who are looking for photos for their websites or social profiles, want special events documented, or are looking to have family memories preserved forever.

I am the sole content creator for Cashmere & Plaid. This means I:- Research and plan all content- Contact businesses and community members for collaborations- Photograph all content- Write content- Maintain awareness of trends - Stay on top of SEO

During my practicum placement I worked on a variety of projects including - Print design for a brochure- Graphic design for Pinterest graphics and internal branding- Photo editing for clients- Creative direction for selecting photos to correspond with prewritten content- Brainstorming for conceptual projects for client

Over the course of a year I took on many roles at Contemporist, including:- Source and write articles for the site (often, but not always, in the form of list posts)- Write sponsored pieces for brands advertising with the site- Plan and storyboard original content being produced- Provide creative direction during photoshoots

While working at SRIM as a summer student I took on multiple jobs around the office including:- Data entry for a new online program- Filing of policies and other office documents- Corresponding with brokers- Renewal of policies- Issuing certificates and endorsements for policies

In my first job I:- Interacted with customers, taking orders and handling cash- Prepared food and drinks- Performed opening and closing duties- Trained new employees
