Product Manager
CurrentAs a product manager with Codingscape, I manage a team of frontend and backend developers and visual designers to augment Saas product and development teams. My projects are varied. I've worked with startups and enterprise companies; building out a v2 product to grow a Saas business and working on internal tools. I create product roadmaps, build prototypes, interview customers, define metrics for measurement, and lead our development team using agile methodologies.Here are some of my projects:> Over 12 months, I led a team building an intranet for a Fortune 500 gaming platform. We evaluated and implemented multiple third party applications to provide employees with superior Search and Task Management tools so they could focus more time on work and less time searching for people and documents and low-value administrative tasks. We achieved 2x user growth and increased satisfaction.> In 9 months, my team implemented Twilio Flex for the support team at a delivery startup in hyper growth mode. While the company's dev team was focused on building out their core product, we worked with their support and development teams to understand the requirements for configuring and Flex and migrating from their homegrown solution, supporting their growth to over 20 new markets.> In 6 months, I created the product roadmap for a B2B SaaS solution to help wholesalers recover lost revenue from retailers. Their v1 was earning revenue, but was not intuitive enough for their users to use and put too much burden on their support team, all of which limited their growth. I interviewed customers and other stakeholders and created a product strategy and roadmap to help them grow revenue and engagement. Our visual designer and 2 developers worked with their developers to launch v2 of their product in 6 months, including implementing a new visual design, easier onboarding, and new artificial intelligence features to help customers recover more revenue, more quickly.
