As a product manager with Codingscape, I manage a team of frontend and backend developers and visual designers to augment Saas product and development teams. My projects are varied. I've worked with startups and enterprise companies; building out a v2 product to grow a Saas business and working on internal tools. I create product roadmaps, build prototypes, interview customers, define metrics for measurement, and lead our development team using agile methodologies.Here are some of my projects:> Over 12 months, I led a team building an intranet for a Fortune 500 gaming platform. We evaluated and implemented multiple third party applications to provide employees with superior Search and Task Management tools so they could focus more time on work and less time searching for people and documents and low-value administrative tasks. We achieved 2x user growth and increased satisfaction.> In 9 months, my team implemented Twilio Flex for the support team at a delivery startup in hyper growth mode. While the company's dev team was focused on building out their core product, we worked with their support and development teams to understand the requirements for configuring and Flex and migrating from their homegrown solution, supporting their growth to over 20 new markets.> In 6 months, I created the product roadmap for a B2B SaaS solution to help wholesalers recover lost revenue from retailers. Their v1 was earning revenue, but was not intuitive enough for their users to use and put too much burden on their support team, all of which limited their growth. I interviewed customers and other stakeholders and created a product strategy and roadmap to help them grow revenue and engagement. Our visual designer and 2 developers worked with their developers to launch v2 of their product in 6 months, including implementing a new visual design, easier onboarding, and new artificial intelligence features to help customers recover more revenue, more quickly.

As VP of the product team at WaterSmart, I was responsible for creating and managing a market-driven product roadmap that was aligned with company goals of increasing revenue, growing our customer base and maintaining customer retention. I managed a team of product managers and visual designers, and collaborated with colleagues in Marketing, Customer Success, Sales and Engineering to deliver high quality products that met urgent and pervasive market needs. In addition to designing and implementing new processes to scale the business and improve product-market fit, I gave regular presentations to the company, to customers, prospects, the board and potential investors.WaterSmart was acquired by VertexOne in Spring of 2020.

As a product manager for WaterSmart, I am responsible for prioritizing, designing, developing and launching new products and features to help our utility customers engage their customers in saving water. My role requires both quantitative skills (e.g., creating mathematical algorithms to analyze residential water use) and qualitative skills (e.g., usability improvements).
