Current-Register copyrights and trademarks in the US and internationally in order to create valuable IP portfolios for our clients.-Advise clients, at the outset of marketing campaigns and product development, which trademarks and copyrights to file to optimize value and commercial success.-Combat infringement and counterfeit products with cease and desist letters, takedowns, platform-specific reports, and litigation. -Identify and resolve privacy compliance issues to alleviate the risk of litigation and regulator fines.-Craft Privacy Policies, Terms of Service, Data Processing Agreements, and Data Retention Policies to comply with data laws.-Identify data privacy compliance gaps and craft data privacy compliance plans to bring clients up to speed with US state and global data laws.
