I plan strategic and tactical campaigns to ensure a healthy pipeline of candidates for roles across the Co-op, as well as contributing to the strategic development of our talent brand and employer value proposition.I have had the privilege to work with business areas across the Co-op group including retail, funeral care, insurance and new business ventures. More recently I've been working on a programme of recruitment to build our UK wide Member Pioneer team. It's a unique community based role, and it's being an interesting campaign to lead on with some huge successes including positive time to hire and cost per hire figures. As of September 2020, I step back into the world of non-volume roles alongside those in the volume space and I am excited to be back on that team. I also work closely on team projects such as service mapping and integration of new marketing leading partnerships and processes.

Within this role I managed a £5million spend, predominantly within the Distribution category, purchasing consumables for use within Tesco Distribution Centres. I supported a number of leading initiatives within Distribution including the Waste Backhauling process and the Click and Collect delivery channel. I successfully consolidated the supply base, improving efficiencies for the stakeholder base and within spend control. I achieved full year effect savings of +£800k for the Tesco Group. Within the retail sector of Tesco I lead the development of various packaging lines including Salad Pots, Counters Meal Deal Boxes and Pizza Packaging implementing change and negotiating rates through tender processes adding value for retail.
