About Emily Knowles

I've worked in a resourcing type role for nearing 10 years now - following my graduate scheme at Tesco's head office down South (which I loved!). Starting out my recruitment career at Hay's - recruiting Procurement professionals across the North West - was a pacy introduction to the world of recruitment, and I loved it. I transitioned across to in-house recruitment at the Co-op in 2016 - where I kicked off my 6 years as a Candidate Marketer, a unique role focussed on candidate attraction and marketing strategies. Following this (in which time I've had 2 little girls) I have continued my Co-op career as a Talent Acquisition Partner- where I partner with teams across our Co-op, on their resourcing needs. My focusses at the moment: - Partnering Propositions, Commercial and Supply Chain (amongst others) across our Co-op Food business, alongside some of our One Co-op functions including; Membership and Customer, Community. I also partner our Nisa/ Wholesale business, Quick Commerce and our B2B and Growth team. - Remaining focussed on diversity and inclusion- Leading on the recruitment of our leadership roles within the above teams (what we call our work level 3s and 4s)
