Jointly run with Rebecca Kilfoyle, Leighton Play Tots is a weekly playgroup for under 5’s with plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained including soft play, singing and crafting.

• Management of roughly 250 contractors in Wellington and occasionally further afield• Customer care of the contractors through building ongoing relationships once they’re working, regular phone calls, emails and one on one meetings.• Facilitating good communication and information flow between all parties in the office.• Contractor functions, every 8 weeks organising a lunch or breakfast and at Christmas arranging the Contractors party inviting everyone that work.• Implementing an online timesheet system• Creating an information pack to be given to new contractors and writing a document on ‘The Concept of Contracting’ for this pack.• Employee of the year 2009
