Helped organize, reconfirm, and execute all daily evening activities throughout the 5-week program.Acted as the liaison between the Summer Discovery program, all activity vendors, and bus transportation.Created sign-up sheets for daily activities and put together the binders for staff members leading the activities which included activity evaluations, tip for drivers and credit card payment for the activity. Worked with domestic and international high school students taking classes at the University of Michigan. Resident Counselor roles included making sure students attend class, chaperone trips and activities, hold group meetings throughout the sessions, and work office hours with customer service skills.
