I have a Rippling Certification in Payroll Administration, which demonstrates my proficiency and expertise in using the software.I also assist with various human resources functions, such as recruiting, onboarding, training, and compliance. I leverage my communication, HR, and coordination skills to support the HR team and the organization. I graduated from Northwestern Michigan College with a Practical Nursing degree and an Associates degree in General Studies, which gave me a solid foundation in health care and general education.
