Hello! My Name is Emily McCaslin. I am a student at Oklahoma State University, pursuing a major in Multimedia Journalism. I've loved to write ever since I was in the eighth grade, and I knew it was something I wanted to pursue as a career. Writing makes me feel peace in a way nothing else can, which is how I knew it was what I was called to do. I also found my passion for pop culture and fashion, which led me to be Editor in Chief of modmuze magazine, a fashion and lifestyle magazine on the OSU campus. This position helped grow my leadership skills but also taught me how to be a good team member and lead an environment where people feel heard. My career goals include something that could combine the two, maybe magazine writing, blogs or editing.
