- Undertake groundwater monitoring using portable QED Sample Pro groundwater pump. - Undertake natural surface water monitoring and artificial surface water monitoring, including water depth, field data collection and laboratory sample collection. - Sampling in-situ tailings at the Tailings Storage Facility to inform site operations. - Completion of potable water sampling for laboratory analysis and assessment of human health guidelines. - Participation of site safety initiatives, including pre-shift safety meetings and safety stops. - Experience using the Geographic Information System QGIS, to create maps relevant for monitoring sites. - Developing reports and memorandums for internal reporting purposes. - Reviewing survey documents from external sources and ensured their consistency with McArthur River Mine's document formatting and requirements. - Actively participating in cultural workshop opportunities organised by community department. - Actively participating in a SafeWork training workshop organised by the health and safety department. - Regularly completing safe work observations and assisting with an environmental inspection. - Data management and entry into Microsoft Excel. - Training regarding the data management tool Monitor Pro. - Fire Extinguisher and First Aid and CPR training.
