An established people manager, I am passionate about empowering individuals to unleash their potential for delivery and development, including a Co-Chair of Allwyn's Women Community, empowering and enabling women to be at their best and raising awareness of matters impacting women in and out of the workplace.I have a wide range of hobbies including being a member of Windsor Glee Group (a community choir) and enjoying sports from dance to Pilates. In 2016 I completed the iconic Land’s End to John O’Groats cycle ride (970m in 9 days), using this personal challenge to also fundraise >£7k for ParalympicsGB.
