Being a grounds crew member consists of the upkeep and maintenance of the equestrian center. This includes cleaning show areas, arenas and the barns. We also strip stalls on a weekly basis after the show moves out. Continually, my job includes keeping up the footing in the arenas. With that comes the ability to drive several tractors, a water truck and I also can drive a skid steer.

Operated cash register for cash, check and credit card transactions. Developed excellent relationships with managers and fellow team members to ensure success, build professional relationships and support positive work environment. Checked dining area supplies and replenished low stock. Cleaned dining area and kept it clean. Work in the drive thru area.

Maintained a herd of 30 horses. Fed and groomed 15 of them daily. Raked, mucked and swept stables. Maintained a clean and organized boarding area to promote animal well-being. Groomed and tacked horses before lessons. Assisted with riding lessons in the arena and on trail rides.
