CurrentBuild the capacity of and expand upon digital skilling programs; Identify digital skilling programs that can assist in developing tech career pathways that align with local employer needs; Provide capacity building support for digital skilling program management; Develop a monitoring and evaluation framework; Develop data tracking and reporting tools; Create training materials for program staff, volunteers, and partnering organizations; Coordinate digital skilling events to build ecosystem capacity; Engage local residents in digital workforce development activities; Facilitate digital skilling events with host organization; Engage digital skilling organizations, community leaders, and employers to align local programming with community needs; Participate in information gathering targeted at low-income residents, veterans, and people with disabilities. Empower residents to participate in their ecosystem with inclusive program activities; Provide leadership opportunities for local community members including but not limited to volunteer opportunities and working groups focused on digital advocacy; Engage local volunteers supporting digital skilling programs to foster local ownership over program activities; Promote access to digital resources and tech employment opportunities for low-income residents; Coordinate with digital skilling providers and community based organizations to better serve low-income residents and other marginalized communities with established wraparound supports; Develop norms and communication standards for effectively reaching out to and tracking the participation of low-income residents and other marginalized communities; Cultivate an inclusive tech environment where all community members can fully participate; Promote equity policies at the organizational and community level that increase access to digital jobs
