-Coordinate and oversee all administrative duties in the office to ensure the office is operating smoothly-Manage office supplies inventory and maintain a well-stocked kitchen and pantry-Manage relationships with 20+ supply and equipment vendors, out-sourced as needed -Assist with property management with building renovations, complying with regulations required by the City of Chicago, and acted as a liaison for building tenants-Coordinate domestic travel for Executive team -Provide support to the People Operations team by handling all IT equipment for recently onboarded new hires -Coordinate monthly company-wide volunteer initiatives-Plan & execute companywide events such as holiday party, Cubs outing, happy hours and more

-Manage the reception area to maintain professional image of company, and to project a welcoming environment for all guests and visiting employees.-Direct visitors appropriately; Answer all incoming office phone calls, helping resolve inquiries or correctly forwarding to the appropriate parties.-Sort, organize and route all incoming mail to the office- Schedule and plan events including travel, hotels, office parties and lunches, wet labs- Primary point of contact for service calls and deliveries for our different vendors- Professional and friendly demeanor in person, over the phone, and via email-Ability to work effectively despite frequent disruptions to planned workflow and ability to re-prioritize accordingly.

Contacting patients to obtain all the proper insurance information needed; communicate with patients to provide advice and answer any questions they may have; reaching out to offices to follow up on requested prescriptions; contribute to team effort by not only delivering on defined responsibilities but also supporting other team members in their roles as needed.

Maintain a fully stocked inventory ; help staff resolve on the job challenges; balance the cash register at the end of the night; perform proper check out operations for front and back of the house; ensure client satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints ; multi-task while performing multiple tasks
