As a People Services Coordinator at Marshalls plc, I provide first-line support to employees and managers on various HR issues and queries. I work closely with internal and external stakeholders, offering HR support, and work collaboratively across the HR teams to create the best employee lifecycle possible. I hold a CIPD Level 3 HR Support certification which enables me to deliver effective HR solutions and trainings. I have over two years of experience in HR support, having previously worked as a First Line Support Analyst at the same company. I also have a strong background in customer service where I handled customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback. I graduated from Edge Hill University with a degree in Psychosocial Analysis of Offending Behaviour, which sparked my interest in understanding human behaviour and motivation in the workplace.
