Created Annual Report for 2017, and conducted Annual Appeal campaigns for 2016, 2017, and spring 2018. Generated and distributed promotional materials including newsletters, brochures, and ads for Regina Angelorum and the Regina Academies. Coordinated with parent volunteers to provide regular updates for Facebook and the school yearbook. Spear headed NAPCIS Accreditation in 2016, and represented RAA’s classical curriculum with PowerPoint presentations for our community as well as the Institute for Catholic Liberal Education National Conferences in 2016 and 2017. Worked on numerous cultivation and fundraising events with the RAA Board and Parents’ Guild, to provide support including designing and producing invitations, tracking RSVPs on Excel, recording participation, and following up with major donors after the events. I arranged for professional photography and wrote press releases to facilitate press coverage of these social events, as well as extraordinary academic and athletic events at the school.
