Managing a busy reception desk, answering telephone calls, dealing with a variety of incoming information efficiently, greeting patients and using an appointment booking system. Using various IT systems, managing rotas, organising absence and annual leave, ordering stores.

Maintain a high level of customer service and manage a large number of calls, to find information requested in an efficient and timely manner and to deal with a wide range of general public enquiries.
