As a Senior Planner my role is to: -Plan, organize, and execute large events, including weddings.-Design the look & feel of the event from color pallets, centerpieces, large installations, focal points & logistical elements.-Manage my clients budgets to ensure we are staying on track within their fiscal goals.-Maintain relationships with vendors on behalf of my clients- Reviewing and update contracts- Coordinate the logistics of the day to ensure success.- Connect with all potential clients to learn about their upcoming event & how Events to a T (&/or Events By Design) can be a key assent to the events success. - Build brand knowledge across all Events By Design avenues - Social Media management across all platforms to showcase our work & increase brand awareness.

- Manage inventory levels for five product categories. - Maintain communication between buyers, sales and the production facilities. - Review promotions and manage forecasting for multiple facilities.

-Review Supplier/Vendor Self Assessments and determine vendor acceptance status, and report this status to the Supply Chain Manager-Assist Corporate Quality and Compliance Manager with Supplier/Vendor audits/assessments.-Enter supplier data into computer software programs to maintain up-to-date information regarding supplier acceptance status and information.-Analyze supplier material specifications to ensure they are in alignment with Pak Technologies’ material specifications and requirements.-Assist Document Control with drafting and reviewing SOPs for processes regarding supply chain and vendor approvals.-Assist Quality Control with monitoring non-conformances on incoming materials, and track these non- conformances for each vendor.-Assist Corporate Quality and Compliance Manager with Management Reviews, outlining to upper management any persistent issues with specific vendors.-Assist Document Control with writing and reviewing standard operating procedures for manufacturing and quality control functions.

- Attended vendor meetings with the Brewers top merchandise clients.- Imported merchandise into a retail database and kept a record of each item’s data in excel.- Created purchase orders, vendor maps and lookbooks with the items ordered.- Assisted in the pre-planning process of a fashion show.- Evaluated sales through market research and made adjustments when needed. - Collaborated with management to audit inventory and update data entry.Concessions:- Worked on multiple marketing projects within the concessions at the ballpark to help increase sales.- Evaluated sales through market research and adjust when needed. - Worked on inventory and data entry within the stands.- Observe, evaluates, and documented job performance of stand attendants, stand leaders, and assisted with stand personnel performance.
