Managing Consultant (BI and Analytics)

Provision of specialist BI consultancy for HR/Payroll projects. Comprising business analysis,requirements analysis, report specification, report design, solution automation, training and deployment.

- Supporting the Cognos 10 reporting service including the development of new Cognos 10 based reports as required by the business, internal projects and for support purposes -Provide technical/application and data migration support during the transition of new businesses into the overall payroll and HR service - Support the delivery of the day-to-day payroll and HR systems availability - SAP HCM, SuccessFactors LMS and ResourceLink.- Coordinate the input of external suppliers for specialist support activities in relation to both Cognos 10 and ResourceLink services -Support of the Payroll Approver functionality

Responsible for delivery of BI consultancy using Business Objects or Cognos Impromptu to a large customer base comprising a total of c.450 organisations throughout the UK and Europe Responsible for generating c. 100k revenue through the development of a pre-packaged reporting suite comprising KPI, payroll control and HR metric reports.Experienced in Business Objects upgrades to XI including migration and conversion of existing reports. Generating downstream revenue through developing strong customer relationships. Design and implementation of a number of different security models for a number of customers using the CMC and Designer within Business Objects XI.Frequent presentations to board level of BI tools and capabilities to prospective new customers.
