I am a teacher: I have developed and facilitate crisis communications curriculum for international officials as a project consultant/lead educator for United States Department of State, Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program. I design and teach storytelling and business communication curriculum as Professional Advancement Series for University of Missouri Trulaske execMBA program and I lead collaboration communication training for thought leaders to prepare for high-profile media and speechwriting for high-profile public speaking environments including the TED Talk main stage and Harvard Business Review Facebook Live, helping generate high-number views and social media engagement, as well as helping to build confidence for speakers. I am a content creator: I created, hosted, and produced an internal podcast series for a Fortune 500 Company with 60,000 employees which combined scientific developments and watercooler conversation. I help write speeches which engage audiences, I write content and produce videos for a variety of companies in health-care sector. I was a correspondent for a Facebook Watch series in collaboration with TEGNA called "An Imperfect Union", in which we brought people with differing opinions together for smart conversation.I am always looking to utilize new ideas, new technology, and new perspectives to share information for purpose and influence.

I am an on-air freelance correspondent who has reported for CNN, CNN International and CNN Newsource, which provides CNN content to 800 media outlets across the country and around the world. My live reports and pre-produced packages cover a wide variety of general assignment topics, from legislation on Capitol Hill, to budget impasses, to stories about transportation and security regulations. I have reported from sites of breaking news, including the Boston Marathon Bombing, the Oklahoma tornadoes of 2013, the deadly Yarnell Hill wildfire in Prescott, Arizona, and election night 2012 at Mitt Romney campaign headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts.
