I provide both service and operations planning for all of Rail Service, including TRAX and Front Runner and all future fixed-guideway operations. I determine the effectiveness of existing and potential services in meeting the expectations of target markets. Analyzes new transit operating scenarios and implements approved service plans and identifies service plan operating details that require updating. Refines operating details and service requirements; prepares service schedules and vehicle and operator assignments. Provides necessary changes to schedules and operator assignments for all construction phasing and responds to all special service events both scheduled and unscheduled. Assists with project management activities to improve service for UTA’s customers and to maximize efficiency. Acts as the rail services key interface between bus and rail service and operation planning.
