I am a communication and media studies student at Wilfrid Laurier University, expected to graduate in 2026. I have a passion for learning and exploring new ways of communicating and engaging with diverse audiences. I am also a bartender/server at Port Credit Yacht Club, where I provide exceptional customer service to club members and guests, ensuring a memorable and positive dining and drinking experience.At PCYC, I work with a team of friendly and professional staff, who share a common goal of delivering high-quality service and creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. I anticipate customer needs, offer recommendations, and promptly resolve any issues or concerns, resulting in high customer satisfaction. I also maintain a clean and organized bar area, efficiently manage inventory, and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and other beverages. I have developed strong team leadership, communication, and customer service skills, which I apply to my academic and professional endeavors.
