Emily is a graphic artist / music promoter by trade, yoga teacher (ERYT-500) by passion, spiritual being by nature.An advocate of the holistic lifestyle, Emily loves exploring the world beyond our physical senses.She incorporates meditation, breathwork, crystals, essential oil, yoga nidra, sound and energy work into her workshops and classes.Emily is passionate about the transformational nature of yoga and ancient healings of all cultures. She is fascinated with astrology and the moon cycles. She incorporates them into her classes and monthly moon ceremonies creatively. Her classes are attainable for all students as modifications are always offered. Alignment and safety is highly emphasized. Expect to be guided lovingly through the asanas with ease and fun.
