• The timely planning, management and completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) & Invitation to Tender (ITT) submissions.
• Tailoring responses to each customers’ unique specification, using best-practice response methodology including NOSE.
• Creation of internal ‘Bid to Win’ Project Management tool (based on Shipley).
• High level planning and Bid Management, in accordance with an internal ‘Bid to Win’ Project Management tool.
• Creation of standard bid templates to be used across the Bid Team, standardising the formatting and style of outgoing proposals.
• Compiling, updating and maintaining a content library of company standard tender documentation (Qvidian) including liaising with various areas of the business, researching processes, and writing and updating content.

Andover

• Ownership of the end-to-end bid process and managing the training and adherence of the supporting Sales Teams.
• Supporting the Commercial Bid Manager in allocating resource, assessing incoming bids, minute-taking, and time-planning.
• Managing incoming opportunities, qualifying, and distributing to relevant stakeholders within the wider business.
• Reporting on the incoming bid pipeline and future-planning resource accordingly.
• Managing internal CRM tool, Salesforce.com, and encouraging correct usage to improve data quality.
• Upkeep of internal data including bid detail, pricing detail, and outcomes of submission.

Andover

• Coding, costing and pricing scheduled and ad hoc pricing quotations, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout commercial submissions.
• Providing support to the Sales Team in margin application and product selection.
• Planning incoming workloads to prioritise, and accommodate, each individual where possible.
• Creating relationships with individual members of the Mid-Market Team, enhancing understanding of their requirements.
• Liaising with the wider business to fully understanding the cost to serve the contract.
