As a coach for a 10U softball team in the IronBridge Softball organization, I helped lead a group of young athletes for a competitive Summer season. My responsibilities included:- Conducting practices that focused on communication and team development - Providing one-on-one softball lessons tailored to individual player development - Coordinating with team staff to manage scheduling- Fostering a positive, team-oriented environment that emphasized growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship - Managing field work, including preparing and maintaining fields for practices and games to ensure optimal playing conditions This role helped me strengthen my leadership, communication, and organizational skills while supporting the development of young athletes in a competitive travel ball season.
