With over 15 years of nursing experience, I am a passionate and skilled pediatric nurse practitioner at Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU. I have a master's degree in nursing with a focus on pediatric acute care, and I have extensive experience in pediatric critical care, neonatal care, and emergency care. I work with a multidisciplinary team of experts to provide high-quality and compassionate care to children and families facing life-threatening or complex medical conditions. I use my clinical knowledge, communication skills, and leadership abilities to assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients and their families, as well as to collaborate, support, and empower my colleagues.
