-Designed and implemented a family review panel, coordinating resources and timelines to manage the entire review process, from liaising with brands and families to publishing accessible, jargon-free reviews for families considering new cycling purchases.-Coordinate relationships with brands, organisations, volunteers, and community groups, supporting projects that aim to equip and upskill families with the knowledge and resources needed to switch from car journeys to cycling. This includes creating engaging stories, managing the Lunch Hour with Cycle Sprog networking initiative, and offering guidance on cycling equipment.-Management of communications, including regular newsletter communications, social media management, marketing design, and administrative tasks as well as intern management.

Ad-hoc freelance work-Deliver route planning sessions, workshops, and cycle guiding for clients including Komoot, Sisters in the Wild and Kendal Cycle Festival.-Developed and lead workshops that focus on upskilling groups and delivering valuable learning experiences, such as intro to bikepacking, route planning and bike maintenance.

Instructing that focused on learning through adventure, taking young people to inspiring wild places to discover their true potential. This role involved working in partnership with schools and external clients, planning courses that fulfilled customer expectations and tailoring to the group and individual development needs. This role developed my skills in rapport building, dealing with challenging behaviors and maximising learning during a 5-day course.
