Promoted to Senior SLA Technician, I positively and professionally lead, develop and co-ordinate a team to provide the highest standards in Rapid Prototyping. By facilitating goal-level creation for the broader function and working with managers to make sure targets cascade to all workers, I ensure clarity around priorities and goals for the entire.

My role as an SLA Technician was to support the Head of Rapid Prototyping and Senior SLA Technician in delivering high quality prototypes with exceptional attention to detail.
