• Trained to run Rapid Technology department including running and maintaining 3 SLS (Selective Laser sintering) and 1 FDM (Fusion deposition) machines.• Trained to be able to set tolerance levels for different materials on SLS machines• Trained in 3D and 2D design packages (Solidworks, Autocad, Magics and Insight)• Responsibly for maintaining stock and purchasing equipment• Liaising with customers and suppliers on technical and production issues• Trained in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint• Ability to complete tasks on my own to tight deadlines.• Good team member• Knowledge of lean methodology (5S,Six Sigma, Kaizen, one piece flow)• Have experience of FMEA’s• Produced assembly and exploded view drawings using Solidworks• Created test procedures from a given specifications• Previous role includes technical lead on a key customer accounts.• Have experience in training shop floor staff.• Completed A3 problem solving course.• Completed Business writing skills training.• Completed Solder and Wiring course to a global standard.
